Forum for the Money and Electronic payment in Africa will be organized as usual in partnership with VISA. Objective: to focus on two mutations that have direct effects on the payment as smart city, which interpellated several African countries and its corollary e-government, and the changes in banking transactions with a component relating to participating banks.
