JAVA / J2EE Team Leader (M / W) Job Description:

As a JAVA / J2EE Team Leader you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Design and develop applications in Java / J2EE,
• Analyze the needs of business applications and/or related to regulatory changes,
• Participate in the drafting of the functional and technical specifications and the identification of needs,
• Project management: planning, budgeting, monitoring, quality control and reporting,
• Ensure monitoring, risk mitigation and preventive actions,
• Ensure coordination between the project’s stakeholders,
• Organize and moderate project workshops,
• Technically document the deliverables,
• Provide technical support to developers,
• Contribute to the maturity of the delivery process,
• Draw up a regular report of your activity.

Required profile:

You are a graduate of an engineering school in computer development and you have at least 6 years of experience in developing various solutions with Java / J2EE (Portal, Intranet, Middleware) and you have the following skills:

• Mastery of the JBoss ecosystem (JBoss AS, RichFaces, Hibernates JPA),
• Mastery of Spring Framework,
• Mastery of Shell Unix and SQL / PLSQL Oracle,
• Mastery of Java / J2EE scaffolding, Maven, Ant,
• Mastery of control tools SVN, CVS, Git versions,
• Mastery of code qualimetry tools (Sonar, JUnit, PMD, Checkstyle),
• Ability to coach and support development teams,
• Documentary capacity,
• Mastery of software production methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Devops).
