Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Baghdad, Iraq

S2M is seeking an Office Manager to join the team and contribute to the seamless operation of our site located in Baghdad. Reporting directly to the general manager and interacting with all S2M departments, you will play a pivotal role in administrative management and coordination.
What You’ll Do:
- Administrative Operations: Oversee all administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Agenda Management: Track agendas and actions, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate events at SWC, creating memorable experiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with office managers of CNS and BSK to streamline processes.
- Communication: Prepare presentations, draft letters, manage phone calls, and handle incoming mail.
- Logistics Management: Sort and transmit essential messages, write summaries and reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bac+3/4 in Business Management.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role, ideally within the same industry.
- Skills:
- Proficient in documentation management and office software.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic, and English.
- Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented.
